Business/Purchase Orders
Items purchased from this site are to be paid with a credit card. If you would like a large custom order to be billed to a purchase order, please give us a call (215-355-1102) and we will help you. Only authorized Arkema employees can be invoiced by Avalon Merchants.
Shipping
Corporate Orders - All items will be shipped via UPS using Arkema's UPS#. A Dept. Cost Center # must be supplied with each order to ensure proper charge back to the specific department.
Personal Orders - Shipping charges will be added to the total based on the table below:

Returns
We will gladly accept and replace any defective merchandise within 10 days of you receiving the item. Please call us at 215-355-1102 to receive a Return Authorization number for the return. We will immediately ship out a replacement item free of charge.
